Very up front with his diagnosis and offered a honest opinion of going forward. Very informative about what would be done and risk involved. He was friendly and in no hurry to leave. Very impressive! Glynn

Saw Dr. Mac for a post surgical follow up visit. I didn't have to wait, he was quick to answer all my questions and manage my expectations. His staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodated my requests for documentation as well. 5/5 would recommend!

Wow I was super impressed by the Dr. hey explained everything about what is going on with my shoulder and he explained the process of repairing the shoulder. I would highly recommend his services.

Great explanation of issues offering multiple solutions very personable wait time was less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend Dr McMurtrie!

Receptionist got wrong info thus never sent email for me to access login info for me to register prior to Appointment. When addressing this the clerk got on phone and gave many excuses for her herself, too much. Once there - All patients are to Register via Kiosk This system is NOT Senior friendly and why have receptionist if they do nothing? Wait time 1 hour + Wanted to re xray, after I had xrays transferred? So much staffing yet so many clients waiting, waiting and waiting. Dr. had no real answers other then what I told him. NOT Senior care but more about numbers of patients. Seems a socialist agenda. 15 minutes per patient, YET takes over an hour to see Dr.

My visit went perfectly. The staff are great from the registration process to the discharge. Dr Mcmurtrie is always spot on. He listens to me and treats accordingly. Thank you God for this great staff and wonderful doctor!
