I was dropped from Dr. McNeely's care after asking to verify whether or not my visit was covered by insurance. They used the wrong coding on my labs and they charged me $350 to process the labs, which are covered by my insurance. The next visit when I asked them to confirm that my insurance would cover it this time, they refused to check. I said I would not pay for the labs that are covered in my insurance plan, so they sent me a letter dropping me from their care and told me to find another doctor.

I have gone to this doctor for the last year, and I have only actually seen him for about five minutes. Most of my interactions are with very surly nurses and attendants who leave the phone off the hook and avoid any eye contact. Expect to wait an hour on hold before getting an actual person on the phone. Even simple tasks like prescription refills are impossible for this office.
