I called for an appt. and was told I needed a referral. I called my doctor and asked that they send a referral to this office. I called them back in a few days and was told they did not receive the referral. My dr's office gave me the day and time it was sent, I asked that they resend it. When I called back the person answering the phone said they didn't have it again. Put me on hold, came back and told me that they were waiting on the doctor to approve the appointment. It took about two weeks for this office to call me back. When they called I was informed that they scheduled me an appointment for 3 1/2 months away. I turned down the appointment. A person could die while waiting to see this doctor and I was informed by one of his patient's that it takes 3-4 months to get it. I was told that he was a good doctor but I will never know. This office needs to take into consideration that when a person calls for an appointment it would be nice to hear back from them in a few days and have… an appointment within a week or two not 3-4 months.
