Dr. James Arthur Parker, MD

Dr. Parker and his staff are great until the fee is paid. Then if the surgery doesn't go as planned or if there are ANY complications afterwards, you may as well start seeking out a true physician. Dr. Parker is incompetent. I honestly believe that without God and the St. Mary's Wound Care Center that I would have died. If you are considering any type of cosmetic surgery, please, I BEG YOU to find a doctor that will see you through the best of times and the worst of times. Dr. Parker is not the type of person to admit he did something wrong, now will he admit that he doesn't have all of the answers. Please, please, please find another surgeon.

Wonderful staff. Friendly Dr. Poor surgery results. After a breast reduction, I have a scar that has a huge pucker on one side, oblong nipples, and one breast that is size C and one that is size D. The "fix it plan" is for me to pay for another surgery to get another reduction in the larger one or get an implant in the smaller one. I would recommend a breast reduction, just not with this doctor!

Dr. Parker and his staff made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Parker was very knowledgeable about the procedure I wanted which was a tummy tuck. He listened to my concerns and took time to answer all my questions. He even has his own surgery center, so I could do everything right there.

Not only is Dr. Parker incredibly talented but has a wonderful beside manner. He takes a great deal of time and makes you feel at ease. Their is no superficiality, extremism nor arrogance in his approach. He gives thoroughly explanation of procedure and is warm hearted in doing so. He made us feel we were in great hands, literally, and would recommend recommend his practice to anyone. He also has a five star plus staff especially Liz.

Dr. Parker and office staff are very nice before surgery, but if there is a problem afterwards they are not willing to help.I had a hematoma after breast aug which caused scar tissue to build up and one implant was unable to drop. Dr. Parker should have put a drain in. He never would admit there was a problem. Finally did offer to fix problem. I would only pay anesthesia. When I went in for preop he didn't even come in to see me. It had been 6 months since he had seen me. I decided against having him do my revision.Finally went to another surgeon for revision. This added $2600 to my surgery.

Dr. Parker is a great surgeon, has a caring and courteous staff and the experience was awesome all around!
