After having neck surgery, on the eleventh week he released me to go back to work "Full Duty" as a police officer. He stated to me " I did my job, if you are still in pain, go to a management doctor." Normally its about five months recovery. I was still curled up in a fetal position in pain. I had to go to other doctors to get notes to stay out of work.

It was my second neck surgery in two years, Patti removed bent hardware from my neck and removed two additional disc's. On the 11th week of recovery, while still curlled up most of the time in a fetal position. Dr. patti released me to return to full duty as a Police Officer in a black and white. he stated, I did my job, if your in pain, go to pain management. I went to other doctors who kept me out of work for about 5 months, which is about the normal time for an operation such as mine.he gave no reason why he did this. About 2 yrs later, I ran into a nurse that works in the office, She was shocked !I would not trust this guy at all.
