This was the first time I have ever seen an eye Doctor. The office was very helpful with direction to get there what to bring and what was needed afterwards. I went in and told the lady at the fact not desk I was there. She went over hippa laws billing and missed appointments right up front. Was given a paper to fill out and didn't get to that till I was called back. Very timely I didn't have to wait all day. She took me back and helped me fill out the answers. She did checks on my eyes and wrote down my concerns and problems that needed addressed. The doctor came in shortly after that and he was an old school Doctor. I liked that. No dilly dally right to the point. I was there to have my eyes checked not a drawn out conversation. He told me what he was doing and how it felt. Told me what I needed. He was very friendly and nice. He wrote me what I needed for glasses and I went back to the front desk and out the door. I would have liked a technician to come in and see if I had any… other questions. I did call when I got home and the girl answered everything I asked on the phone. I have a fast paced life and work a lot of hours. I don't have time to sit in an office or cackle about useless stuff. He was to the point did what he was suppose to friendly and so was the staff. I would recommend him to anyone even my family and close friends. I don't expect to go to the dentist and have a drawn out conversation and same with the eye Doctor. They did wonderful.
