These reviews must be from staff, friends, or family, because my experience with Dr. Reis was much different. Long wait times, multiple billing errors from his staff that they would refuse to correct, staff refusal to submit orders for tests, and just plain rude. There’s really nothing positive that can be said about my experience with this office.

Dr. Reis is very caring and will do anything he needs to try and help you with any issues you have. I’ve done Telegraph and in person appointments, he has compassion, never rushed and very professional.

Dr. Reis takes his time and listens to his patients. He always does a through exam and go over any concerns you have. Dr Reis always shows compassion. He very easy to talk to. It is so nice having a Doctor who still shows compassion, kindness, respect, and genuine concerns for your health.

The review is about the doctor. Not the staff or the equipment. It is about the doctor. Regarding Dr. Reis, he left NC due to a family situation. He is a very good doctor. He cares. If those of you in Richmond, Indiana need a doctor I would highly recommend you see him. I wish he was still in NC and still my doctor.

Long waiting time. Too many bad experiences. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Bad equipment but that is not his fault. It is the fault of Pardee who furnishes it.
