Dr Roberts is very personable and has genuine patient care. I never felt rushed or nervous. I was a little put off that after my husband had been seen previously, making my appointment, and checking in with the receptionist in person the tech insisted on calling me by MR Jamie (my first name no less). It was embarrassing as I don’t sound masculine nor do I have the look. Very presumptuous. However, after seeing Dr Roberts I do have confidence in the care and time I will receive at his practice. It was a hard change from the practice I had to stop going to after years due to insurance changes.
