I've been helping people navigate challenges since 2010. Life is complicated, messy, and difficult to manage. It will always be that way. I don't make any promise of that going away; I would be lying if I did. What I do is help you navigate that messiness with clarity.

My journey began at Liberty University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in history. History taught me the importance of in-depth background knowledge. I continued my education at Virginia Commonwealth University, earning a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling. Currently, I'm a Ph. D. candidate at Walden University.

Over my career, I've functioned as a counselor, manager, supervisor, and instructor. I'm here to collaborate with hard-working people who, despite their success, sense that something isn't quite right. You can have both external success and internal fulfillment by uncovering what brings calmness, meaning, and self-awareness to your life.

In your first session, we dig into your past to understand …what led you here. Everything makes sense with context, so we seek the sense together. You should understand the influences that encourage you to feel down, anxious, or reactive.

I want to provide opportunities for you to explore your life in a non-judgmental, accepting manner that gives you insight into what to do next.
