Amazing doctor! I've been seeing Dr Scharffenberger for over 10 years and 3 pregnancies and have never had a single complaint. Can't recommend him more!

Dr. Scharffenberger delivered all 3 of my kids, including twins via c-section last summer. He is, without a doubt, the most professional, compassionate, and caring OB you could ask for. Unlike most doctors today, he truly cares about his patients and never made me feel rushed. He always returned phone calls personally and always took the time to explain things completely. He has the best beside manner of any doctor I've ever met. If you are looking for the best possible care during your pregnancy, this is the doctor for you! One of the other great things about him is that he actually resepcts other peoples' time! In all the visits I had during a twin pregnancy, I never waited longer than 5 minutes, and NEVER had an appointment cancelled. With all my prior OB's long waits and cancelled appointment were almost an every-appointment occurance. I can't express enough how much I appreciated his ability to maintain his schedule and respect my time.

Dr. Scharffenberger is a very knowledgeable and smart doctor. He has a calm demeanor, which helps to put patients at ease. He has a reputation for being one of the best around. I went to him for OB care and although I was very pleased with him, I ended up getting another doctor for my C-section. He rotates on call with 4 other doctors, so there is a good chance you will not get him when it is time to have your baby.

Dr. Scharffenberger is an excellent OB doctor. He is very on top of things and takes a very thoughtful and caring approach. Each visit was informative and very professional and the actual c section surgery for twins was excellent. I highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Scharffenberger for a second opinion after my ob/gyn wanted to do surgery for what I thought was a couple minor problems. I brought all my ultrasound reports, and Dr. Scharf went over them one by one and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He has a great bed-side manner and has a conservative approach. I am very thankful for his second opinion, as it saved me a lot of grief.
