The Man is Genius helped me get through the lose of a child because of a miscarriage I absolutely him love he is so kind.

Dr. Scott was good. My Primary Care Doctor said he was the best in the area. His staff could use training or more help. I was not impressed with them. I made contact several times and got no answers back. Unfortunately, I waited for a long time to get an appointment. Follow-up appointment was not with Dr. Scott. I don't know if I want to wait again to get to another neurologist.

I went to Dr. Scott over 2 months ago or so. We moved to the area and I needed a neurologist so my primary care doctor recommended Dr. Scott. First, every time I have an appointment the waiting room is packed and it takes forever to be seen. I can plan on spending over 2 hours just to see the doctor. Second, he did not even read my MRI he ordered me, I know this because he sent me to a physical therapist and this doctor asked me what Dr. Scott said about my results of my brain scan. I said nothing, apparently there is something that needs to be addressed. Lastly, the office staff is terrible! They are rude and they don’t do their job. I and my pharmacy have been fighting with the office staff in this office in order to try a new migraine medicine, which has not happened. I’m going to look for a new neurologist!!!!

A Dr is only as good as his staff. The staff here is incompetent. They take WEEKS to fill standing prescriptions. The are quick to cop an attitude and are just rude. Seems like they all hate their job and they treat patience as such. No compassion, no care. If you are dealing with a neurological issue and need some encouragement along the way, this office is not the place to go for care. They takes weeks to send a simple fax, changed the course of treatment without bothering to call and tell us, and if you have to call and leave a message, be prepared to wait days before you finally call again and they act like you never called to begin with! In a word, I’m speechless.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott's for about 12 years. I have the utmost respect for him and have been cared for beyond my expectations. He actually listens and takes time with me, which is rare. I don't mind a wait as HE is worth it. The chain that is dragging him DOWN is his staff. His fairly new LP/nursing assistant, Joan Chappelle, is verging on incompetence - she has to look up every medication, refuses to make refills without an appointment (which takes up to 3 months!). Right now I do not have a primary care physician due to insurance changes. In the past, Dr. Scott has readily provided the Rx's that I needed, especially my critical need for Insulin due to my uncontrolled Diabetes (Type 2). I can die if I do not receive a refill for this insulin. Does Joan Chappell, LPN/nursing assistant care? What do you think? No such luck! Jeanette is so "touchy" that I feel that I have to grovel to get appointments or communicate in any way. I was so happy while she was gone… for a few months! I'm sorry that she was ill, but there is no excuse for her treatment of patients that love Dr. Scott! Hope he dumps CHAPELLE before she harms someone. I would rank her professionalism as downright "silly" - she makes no sense and always directs the meat of the visit down to personal items about her life that I have no wish to share. REPLACE YOUR STAFF DR. SCOTT, you have lost and will lose more patients because of these two idiots working for you. I am going to change Neurologists if I can't get through to Dr. Scott! I will miss him!

I have been to Dr. Scott twice. The second time he was away and his PA, an older lady, took his place. There was a lot of inaccurate information given to us by the staff that day. They should have canceled our appt. since Dr. Scott was not available. I would not recommend this office. The PA had to look up on the internet the definition of some words on the MRI. We were told Dr. Scott had discussed the MRI (done 4 weeks prior) with the PA but it was obvious he had not.

After i had a stroke i found i no longer had my normal primary care doctor. Dr Scott and staff took over monitoring my blood thinner without any hesitation. i am still here so that is at least 10 points! They are great!

Dr Scott is a good doctor he listens and cares and janette is a good nurse and very nice I would recommend
