Dr. James Michael Smith, MD

I was in search of a new physician for my husband, when I contacted a friend for any ideas, she immediately recommended Dr. Smith. Since my husband is partially deaf, I went with him to the appointment, to be a second pair of ears. We were both impressed with the time he took to listen to my husband's concerns, which is rare these days, and Dr. Smith took the time to answer him with direct, understandable answers. He puts you at ease. His bedside manner is a breath of fresh air. It just proves a doctor can be, professional, knowledgeable and personal. The staff, his nurses, etc, are of the same caliber. At the end of the day, I have switched to Dr. Smith as my PCP. It is so refreshing to be comfortable and at ease with a physician who will be guiding our future health issues. Been my doctor for 25 years.

I have been going to Dr, Smith for years. He always makes me feel at ease. He is kind, funny and truly cares about his patients. I have other doctors who tell me, upon finding out that he is my primary care physician, that he is very very smart. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

He listens to you and does not consider any question silly. He has certainly kept our family moving in the right direction. Has a great smile and a great sense of humor. Really cares about his patients.

For the past 5 years I wished I was back in Newnan and going to my Dr. Jimmy Smith, He is kind, caring, funny, and serious all in one if all doctors were as special as he is every patient woul be well taken care of.
