Dr. James Anthony Stephens, MD

Dr. Stephens recently did a breast implant and lift surgery on me. I told him that I wanted certain size results, at least a full D or larger. When I went back for multiple follow ups, I still was not happy with my results. Each time he told me to wait, and be patient, that the implant could take months to fall into the correct position. Finally at my 3 month checkup, the implants were still sitting in my armpit area, and were not the size I wanted. Dr. Stephens admitted that it was his job to satisfy me with the results and offered to look again at them in 2-3 months and put more saline into the implants until I reached my desired size. When I returned as he asked, he said that there was nothing else he could do for me , that the terrible elasticity of my skin would mean that going with larger implants would cause such sagging and they would continue to sit in my armpit area anyway. REALLY??? It was like this was a completely different man that had given me false hope and promises… just two months before. He offered me no consolation and basically said there was nothing else to do. Needless to say, he doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction and has lost me as a customer. Unfortunate for him, because I have other future surgeries planned, but will be spending my money elsewhere!

VERY COMPASIONATE, CARING AND KIND. TO ME HIS TOP PRIORITY IS HIS PATIENTS. HE MADE ME FEEL WHOLE AGAIN AFTER BREAST CANCER SURGERY. EVERY WOMAN WHO HAS HAD A MASECTOMY AND WANTS RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY SHOULD GO TO HIM.
