Terrible, incomplete and insensitive to the unique medical needs of an LGBT (this review service won't let me call myself the g word!) man. He prescribed/renewed PreP without ordering any of the required quarterly blood tests, which is an absolutely standardized medical practice. This required a second cross-town visit for bloodwork and a lengthy delay in receiving medication because office was so slow in correcting his error(s).... plural because there were others including delayed completion of insurance paperwork which resulted in price increases for drugs of over $2000 and forcing a delay in taking required medications for other conditions.
