The two girls at the reception tables seem uninterested and somewhat snotty to me. Then I'm told to sit which the wait time is anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on if the doctor's behind or not. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room once and then another 40 minutes in the exam room. All the doctor said was " there's a lot of delay in this practice, if this makes you upset then ill transfer you elsewhere." Like really? After you're done waiting for them, the exams are short and they could care less about really anything that's going on. You're like a number in line to be honest. If they're too busy you won't get a sonogram which happened to me on that hour and 40 minute wait appointment. I was beyond angry. I wish I could switch but I'm too far along. Next baby will be elsewhere. I'd only recommend them to people who don't mind these things.

This doctor is great. However, the nurses and receptionists are not always nice. While waiting, you may have to listen to their personal stories that are pretty loud. The nurses miss some kind of basic courtesy manners. They greet you with "no words" but starring look with chewing gum. Then they say: "Your name?" However, the doctor himself is excellent. Very professional and caring.
