Very professional...excellent bedside manner...made sure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was going to happen and what results were found. Would highly recommend!

Dr Walden is outstanding. He's very caring, professional, and spent as much time with me as necessary to diagnose and treat my problem (unlike some doctors). I would highly recommend him for any GI realted illness.His billing department is not so great. I paid my $12 co-pay at the end of my office visit. I received a bill for the co-pay some weeks later. I contacted Kevin in the billing detarment and he said he'd look into it and get back to me. After several weeks and no response from Kevin, I called him back. He said the debt had been cancelled and there was a zero balance. A few weeks later, I received another bill from Kevin's office for $12 and a letter from a collection agency! I could care less about the $12 and would have paid it (even though I don't owe it) had I known what a time consuming nightmare this would be. However, my principles wouldn't allow me to pay even a penny that I don't rightfully owe.
