Dr. Walker doesn’t waste any time, he gets right to the problem and gets things fixed, great personality, great communicator

Went to Dr Walker for a fracture. He was rushed and didn't take time to properly diagnose and refer me to a specialist when he should have; until it was too late. Still dealing with the consequences from his poor care. Will probably require a 2nd surgery, many additional expenses and down time.

I was very disappointed with my visit to see Dr. Walker. He ran in the room, asked me "what do you want me to do about it?" in regards to my issue and then shoved me out the door with a referral to a physical therapist. He did not try to figure out what was wrong. He did not answer my questions. He did not offer me any info for pain management (despite being in severe pain with no answers as to why or solutions to help). He was in the room with me for less than 3 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. I was rushed out and left with no help. I will never go to this practice again. I should have known better once they told me Dr. Borusco was no longer with them. Dr. Walker was awful. I do NOT recommend.

I called Lake Orthopedics because of a fractured wrist and was assigned to Dr Walker. When he looked at my x-rays from emergency he said come back in 2 weeks. Was very brief & uninvested as me as a patient. Wish I had gotten a second opinion, but when you're in pain and trusting a Dr you're not thinking clearly; he never sent me to a specialist. Now my wrist is permanently damaged due to his negligence.

My experiences with Dr. Walker have always been positive. He is a straight shooter and communicates well. He's also a heck of a nice guy! My surgeries have turned out very well, and I am grateful to his previous patients who recommended him.
