Dr. Jamshid Saeed Mian, MD

He spends the time he should to listen to you. The office and staff are efficient and the place has very good hygiene. Dr.mian is so honest, I'd trust him with my life. Very smart, one of the best doctors out there. He does everything he can to help you. Dr.mian is so modest and humble as well:) I recommend him to anyone reading this.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! Seen him in perryville and he has misdiagnosed me and my family with several conditions. My mothers blood pressure was high for 2 years and he never told her. She didn't find out until another physicans assistant at the same office reviewed the blood work and testing she got done. Thank god they put her on medicine before it got any worse. Now she has gone to another doctor and currently being diagnosed with another condition that he had missed. Praying that he does not continue doing this.

Dr mian is by far the best doctor I have ever had treat ir care for me .. Any other doctor I've seen is in the room with you for no more than 60 seconds but dr mian listens and takes his time treating you not just writing prescriptions and rushing you out of the room for next patient .. He answers all questions to the best of his ability and calls you wen your home to follow up with you to assure the problem was fixed .. I give dr mian 5 stars .. If anyone is in need of a great doctor who cares about your health dr jamshid mian is the best way to go ð???

I have seen Dr. Mian for about a decade and I have recommended several people to him. Regardless of what I am experiencing, he is thorough, takes to to listen, discuss issues & concerns as well as explain everything in order to help you to understand not only what's going on but, the possible cause(s) and solution(s) BEFORE writing a prescription for meds or turning to surgery. ~ I couldn't ask for a better doctor...my family & most all my friends see him now. I have had some pretty serious issues & he has seen me through them all with a very positive outcome! I will follow him wherever he relocates.

Dr. Mian is the worst doctor I have ever been to visit. He never managed to diagnose me with a single thing, and all he did in general was send me to other facilities and doctors, "Oh, you got this symptom? Go here.". Doctors are not referral specialists, they are DOCTORS. Which means, I expect my doctor to spend a proper frame of time attempting to diagnose, and then treating what is found with the best means medically available. This is not Dr. Mian's style. He would rather ask you where it hurts, and send you off to spend thousands to get it tested, to find out he was WRONG. This happened to me countless times(excluding cost) before I changed my primary physician.This doctor thinks that computers and internet references replace medical school or human judgement in medical situations, he refers to software for diagnosis if any, in my case it was always general. "You have slightly elevated blood pressure, that is within the same slightly elevated range each time you come in, I want… you to get a **RENAL ULTRASOUND** because I think your heart has problems, rather than you have anxiety from a doctors visit."PATIENT BEWARE!!!
