I am with this office more than 4 years now. So far it is fine with my eye care related works. The staff is flexible for make an appointment for me. The waiting time is short as long as you show up on time. The doctor seems to be knowing what he is doing to help his patients based on his experience and expertise. He reviewed the test results with the patients and answer all eye care related questions.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Lukac Because I have AMD. Also he is a very good Opthalmologist. And ended up seeing a Optometrist in his office therefore she couldn't perform a complet exam.

Do not use Dr Lukac unless you obtain a second opinion. My optometrist advised me 2 years ago that I had the start of cataracts but they wouldn't be 'ripe' for some years. Thought it was time to obtain a surgeons view. Dr Lukac said both eyes were ready for surgery and drew me a picture indicating damage all around both eyes. Advised staff to start the process for removing my lens. I declined saying I wanted a second opinion and he began backing off his original statements. The next surgeon agreed with my optometrist saying they were both still tiny and I wouldn't need surgery for years! He couldn't see any damage yet, the drawing Dr Lukac made was completely wrong. Whole thing very suspect.

On each visit, while being seen by Dr. Lukac, I have felt I was the only patient in his office. He is always very calm and fully present. His energy is kind, gentle and very professional. He has been extremely thourough in his examination, questions, and testing. I asked my referring doctor about a well know eye clinic close to my home. He stated they are very good with high volume. My referring doctor gave me Dr. Lukac as an option stating though he was not in my town, I would receive would receive personalized care with him. He was right. I called my referring doctor and thank him for referring me to Dr. Lukac and encouraged him to continue to refer any of his patients that need eye care to him.The wait is never long. But I must say, I will wait as long as is necessary to receive the care extended to me by Dr. Lukac.Thank you Dr. Lukac
