Dr. Jane Li, MD

Dr. Li, in my opinion lacks empathy and compassion. She Does text during session as well as eat her lunch... as I had been a patient for about a year and experienced this personally. She seemed overall bored and not paying attention and when I brought this to her attention her first response was to offer me other names of doctors..... UH? Thank You and good riddance, perhaps she'd be better suited for a data entry job. Clearly I am still annoyed by her lack of professionalism and maturity, lol let it go.... like Li

Making an exception cuz the people coming to see her might not be well enough for the time, energy, and awareness needed to find someone else. Dr. Li has no soft skills. Cold, doesnt care, authoriterian and adversarial. She might listen to major stuff for a few minutes but makes it feel like youre wasting time unless it will change treatment. You better off calling cable company's phone tree for understanding or advice, cuz at least if you sound hopeless on a day you get terrible news they won't make it sounds like you no longer care about getting better. Seriously? Dr. Jane Li should do anesthesia or something, not talking to vulnerable people who need an ear or a life line. Sometimes walked out angry or feeling worse about myself for having symptoms I failed to overcome. Dr. Li also checks personal texts during appointments,NEVER had doctor like that before. I've had a doctor get paged for a patient emergency before but that's it. She's usually late when you're not 1st… appointment but somehow still manages to give you the boot earlier than the length of appointment your charged for. My bills also list medical exam every time but she never leaves her side of desk. Pushes extremely expensive new drugs she has samples of first instead of similar drugs that have generics. Trying to think of something good. I guess she's not hard to reach and can usually work with your schedule. Her office person seems pleasant. Easy parking and office access. She's probably fine if all you need is impersonal med management,,, tho I finally called it quits when she screwed up my regular prescription so bad that the pharmacist refused to fill it.
