Dr. Jane Pick, PhD

I was just searching up Dr. Pick because she stopped seeing me suddenly without giving me a warning beforehand. Just said "my law students came back" as if that was supposed to explain why she can't see me anymore. Upon seeing the previous review I feel better knowing that it wasn't just me. Additionally, Dr. Pick didn't use any psychological framework during her therapy. In fact, she was the opposite of a therapist, she was more like a chatty friend who pretended like she cared about you by giving exaggerated responses to your sadness. She gave me advice such as "move out before she comes back" which in hindsight was very unprofessional as she caused me to loose my friend. A psychologist is never supposed to give someone advice like that, let alone say it in such a definitive way. If you want to waste money to gossip with someone seek therapy with her. Additionally, she was also 10 minutes late to every session.

Terrible experience. Once I didn't go to the psychiatrist she recommended, she literally stopped answering my emails and calls and would no longer see me as a patient.

Dr.Pick is one of the absolute BEST and EXPERIENCED Clinical Psychologists that you can find. She is absolutely compassionate and is exceptional at her job. You will leave and you will feel better each session. Dr. Pick has truly helped me!
