Dr Agosto-Marquez immediately makes you feel comfortable. She is both professional/prepared and warm.

She was very informative and I felt comfortable talking with her.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken back to a room, where I waited over 40 minutes without being seen by the provider. During that time, no one checked in with me or provided any updates regarding the delay. Because I had informed my employer that I would only be about an hour and a half late for this appointment, I stepped out of the room to politely ask the provider how much longer the wait would be. Instead of addressing my concern with understanding, I was told that I could reschedule if needed because she had other patients to see. The response felt dismissive and rude. When she mentioned it would only be about five more minutes, I told her that was not a problem and that I could wait. However, she again suggested that I reschedule, despite me already agreeing to wait. The interaction made me feel like I was being treated as a number rather than a patient. I understand that providers can run behind schedule… and that other patients need care as well, but communication and compassion are important. Sitting for nearly an hour without any updates, only to feel dismissed when asking a reasonable question, was upsetting and hurtful. My first visit gave me the impression that this provider genuinely cared about her patients, but my second visit was a completely different experience. I ultimately left feeling frustrated, unheard, and disappointed. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
