Great doctor!!! Very easy to talk to and she listens.

I have been seen by a large number of psychiatrists over the past 30 years. Dr Baird is the absolute best! She is a very caring, compassionate therapist whose holistic approach to patient treatment is outstanding. She is patient and very knowledgable. She asks questions about all areas of my life (not just symptoms) before making adjustments to my treatment plan and medications. She also is excellent about returning phone calls, emails or text messages regarding questions or prescription refills.

Dr. Baird is really fantastic-- very knowledgeable about psych meds, good at explaining pros and cons of different treatment options, explains why she would recommend one drug and not another. She is also a great therapist, doesnt just sit there like blob but contributes useful insights. AND pays attention to other health problems-- treats the whole person, not just the organ she is certified in, and knows a lot about about stuff outside her field. This woman needs to be cloned

I love Dr Baird! We see Dr Baird in Pennsylvania, so the amount of appointments avaiable are limited, however she definalty worth the wait! My daughter has been a patient for a couple of years and I couldn't be happier with Dr Baird's knowlege, professionalism and most importantly her caring self!
