Dr. Janette Nguyen, MD

I have been going to this office for over two years, I can not complain one bit about the service. I have been seen by Dr. Nguyen only a few times the nurse practitioner Brianne who might as well wear the title of Doctor has taken care of me about 98% of the visits and honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. She’s excellent, listens to you, takes her time and has never ever push me out the door. She has been spot in on every issue I have had, has treated me and has always referred me to the proper specialists. They moved the office which was 5 minutes or less from my home and now I have to go about 15 minutes, As long as Brianne is there I’ll continue to go even if they move an hour away, I trust her with my life, Literally. I‘ve read reports about the office staff not being up to par with some people’s service standards, They have always been polite, professional and efficient in all my time I’ve been going there. Besides, The office staff is not who will diagnose my… problems, fix me up and put me back together, the doctors will. I have been a patient here for a couple of years. Absolutely no communication with office staff, with Dr. or patient. A nightmare getting prescriptions. Looking now for new primary care doctor. This office is a complete disaster.

Doctor and nurse practitioner both rush through the visit. I am leaving this practice because they badger me to come in every other month. They would not refill a simple Rx over the phone without having me come back in for an office visit so they can charge my insurance and me again.

Unnecessary testing, wrong diagnosis, unfriendly staff, no follow up, no care. Surely, the person that gave her a 5 star rating, must have been one of her staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen and her NP for the past 4 years. I never have to wait, they get me right in every visit. When I have to move my apt, they accommodate me same day. Office staff is very friendly, nice, and understanding. They have an exceptional team. I couldn't be happier being a patient there.

Difficult to get through to make appointments. Long waits. Noisy office. Dr. Nguyen is rude and too busy to understand patients' concerns.

Dr. Nguyen is an average physician, but her office staff is unfriendly and apathetic. They do not make you feel welcomed, they never follow up with you and is one of those offices in which you feel people work for the paycheck. In one occasion they drew blood to test my hemoglobin. The medical assistant did not follow up with me so I decided to call the office. They could not find the results so I called the lab. I had mild anemia and I discussed this with another MD who prescribed iron supplements. I used to go there because it is close to my house, but for the simple fact that the office environment is unfriendly and the staff is incompetent I decided to go somewhere else. I work in the medical field and could conclude that the office staff is what makes a medical office succeed.

Visit to this medical office is a nightmare. The only person who is understanding is Natalie. Just for a physical check up, the doctor wants 3 visits. The wait time was over an hour and then another hour and a half after being called in. Sure is a money making racket. Instead of billing my insurance first, as practiced by all other doctors office, they want payment upfront and say they will reimburse me back after insurance pays their share. What a joke this is? Never heard of such a practice. They also provide me with an itemized receipt that does not itemize the services rendered. Before you visit, call them and get the details of how their system works. I have been and RN for over 8 years and Dr. Nguyen is the most unknowledgeable provider I have ever met. The wait is terrible (first come first serve with or without an appointment). Instead of Dr. Nguyen admitting to not being aware of the situation she becomes defensive, stating things like "I am the doctor." I would say DO NOT visit this office.
