Dr. Ascencio was AMAZING! My visit with Dr. Ascencio was thorough and informative. She assured that all my concerns and questions were addressed. She took the time to explain my visit and what it would entail. I felt comfortable and certain that my healthcare is in good hands.

Dr. Ascencio treated me with respect. She made me feel important and answered all of my questions. She took the time to draw out things so that I could fully understand my condition and she was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend this doctor because you will leave her office feeling confident in the care you’ve received.

WORST DOCTOR I've ever been to. Lacks knowledge, follow-through, doesn't take notes, telling me that the surgical notes are "not ready" two weeks after the surgery during a follow up SHE wanted me to schedule. Never returns phone calls, just wants you to make more appts to see her so she can take your copay, just to answer a simple question about a prescription. HORRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. She is a HORROR SHOW- HER AND HER WHOLE STAFF! Her nurse didn't want to even want to identify herself after finally returning a FIFTH phone call. If you're calling me back to answer medical questions, I NEED YOUR NAME! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL DOCTOR AND STAFF.

Doctor did not address emergency conditions. Doctor did not run tests that she said that she would run. Doctor did not address surgical complications. Doctor did not document medical symptoms reported to her. After this surgery, I am left disabled for life. Find a different doctor. Do not let this doctor operate on you.

she is a very care and sweet person. I love my doctor. she take the time to listen to me and understand me even if my ingles is not perfect

Dr Janet was extremely friendly and caring, took the time to understand my concerns and answer any questions. She called me personally later that day with results. It was so refreshing to have a chance to meet with a doctor who took the time to make us feel like we were important. Highly recommend

She has zero regard for human life. She is reckless. And when she clearly knows that she messed up she becomes hostile. She should not be doing any type of surgery! I would rate her zero stars in everything!

I'd give a zero but it won't let me go lower than a 2! I agree with the complaint on Dec 13th. She is very dangerous has no regard for her patients safety. She almost watched us die, me and my son. At 27 I had to have an emergency hysterectomy after her negligence and can have no more kids. I was high risk placenta previa. She abandoned my son and I at 7 months because she didn't care at all. The hospital found out and privately reprimanded her but I had also opened a law suit. She made fun of me and told me it's not my job to ask her questions. Our lives were at high risk!! I flat lined three times during surgery. They had no idea what was happening because she refused to disclose my risks and problems to them. This woman is a danger to pregnant women STAY AWAY!!!

Has no regard for a persons health and welfare. Completely ignores patient. She actually is zero stars, but there was nowhere to click zero stars. She is downright dangerous.

Dr. Asencio is one of a kind. She listens intently, uses humor, and has an extremely kind manner, which helped to reassure me as a patient. I never felt rushed. When labs were due back, she often called me well after hours to share the results. the combination of knowledge, bedside manner, and kindness are sometimes difficult to find in a physician. But Dr. Asencio has found a way to nail all of it!
