Dr. Janice Yvonne Maldonado, MD

Had one partial telehealth visit with provider through TGH Headache Clinic. Should have immediately looked elsewhere. For 2 months, everything went downhill. I tried to be patient, but calls are not returned. You must leave a message as no one available to answer calls. I am my own healthcare advocate, but for the patient to do the research, follow-up for lack of action, be an intermediary when the nursing staff should knowledgeable and have duties to perform is ridiculous. I could never recommend TGH Headache Clinic or Dr. Maldonado for care. The primary concern is billing and not patient care.

Amazing Neurologist! The staff was great too! Dr. Maldonado treated me for migraines and MS. Great listener, empathetic, knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately, I relocated to Central Fl. so I had to find a new neurologist. I never felt as if I was just a number......Too bad I cannot say the same about the Neurologist I have here in Winter Park, Fl. Therefore, I will be returning to Dr Maldonado. It has been 3 years since I was her patient so I have to go in as a new patient and the appointment is months out. I don’t care about the wait, I scheduled my new patient appointment. I know the wait for the new patient appointment and the 2 hour drive to Tampa is well worth it. Can’t wait to be back in her care ??!

I have nothing but the best of things to say about Dr Maldonado.I have been seeing her for over10 yrs.She is the most compassionale caring Dr I have ever met,Followed by her medical expertise in the Field of Neurology.I am in the care of a true professional and trust her in all aspects of my personal needs.If you happen to be seeking the help of a neurologist at UHEALTH Dr Maldondo is the Gal to see. tO Dr Maldonado thank you for all you do and for allthe years of your care,I sincerely appreciate all you have done. :))))
