She is amazing: i.e., caring, knowledgeable and she genuinely wants to see you pain free. That said, know that her staff will thwart you at every turn. They seem to think that they know BEST about EVERYTHING. They can't seem to grasp that they are there to HELP you.If you can get past that, then see her. You won't be sorry.

Dr. Victor is wonderful, very knowledgeable, and caring. Her staff is another matter. They are typical St. Thomas workers. Uncaring, rude . . . I could go on and on. Dr. Victor forgets what her people on St. Thomas are like. Backing staff in the States is completly different from backing awful awful staff on St. Thomas. After being prescibed Morphine for 30 days at a time, I was repeatedly turned away from her office on my designated office appointments, because she was in "meeting" or "surgeries" or "whatever" and I went into withdrawal three times before I finally complained to my referral Doctor. He had heard of similar complaints. She does not have "friendly staff" and you should consider the fact that her staff is under-qualified. I.
