Called to make an appointment on April 23, 2025 at 1230pm. The receptionist had a very bad attitude, no patience, and hung up on me while I was speaking on the phone and trying to give my insurance info. Very disrespectful receptionist. I was a potential new patient.

I'm not sure why other reviewers felt the way they do. Dr. Wang was super personable and was patient in dealing with concerns.

She is by far the WORST doctor I've ever seen. Waited in her office for 3+ hours. She never called to follow up with test results. Getting in touch with her is next to impossible. Her bedside manner is horrific. Don't trust the biased reviews her employer has on their ratings page.

Do not waste your time going to Dr. Wang. She has a fellow do the consult with the patient and then she comes and spends 5 minutes with you. Don't expect an answer back through the patient portal for days because she doesn't read the messages herself. Her office reads them first. If she does call you expect her to hurry you off the phone. The last straw I experienced with her is when she called me about my results and didn't want to answer my questions. Instead she wanted me to make an appointment with her office and hurried me off the phone. I've never had a doctor who acts like this and do not recommend anyone to go see her.
