Dr. Janita Daggy

Janita Daggy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages step towards, work through, and heal from their various challenges in order to fulfill their goals in life. Janita specializes in trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and those diagnosed with SMI. Janita completed her Master's in Professional Counseling at Liberty University in Virginia. She previously worked at a community service board where she was a Prescreener and worked with various populations. This, coupled with her educational experiences, enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients are seeking. Janita utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and talk therapy.
