Sandra Monohan is an experienced counselor who has helped clients with depression, anxiety, relationships, communication, grief and loss, and life transitions. She has worked with individuals including adolescents and adults as well as couples and families. Sandra seeks to help clients heal through a therapeutic relationship that explores current and past hurts and unhelpful patterns while focusing on strengths and increasing self-compassion. Counseling women at various stages has been a specialty of hers as she provides emotion-focused support while helping clients find balance and fulfillment in their lives.
