guidance felt extremely backwards and unsafe. She was already struggling to breathe while under the care of a pediatric physician. At that point, intervention should have been considered rather than advising us to wait for her condition to worsen and seek care elsewhere. Additionally, when I later expressed frustration and concern through a message, the response I received lacked empathy, reassurance, or any sense of urgency or compassion. For a pediatric provider, this was deeply disappointing and concerning. Ultimately, my daughter improved only because I personally purchased a nebulizer, humidifier, and provided all supportive over-the-counter care I could at home. Her recovery was not due to any treatment or guidance provided during that visit. This experience left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and extremely dissatisfied. I do not feel my child received appropriate care or compassion, and I would not feel comfortable seeking treatment from this provider again. I am sharing this… feedback in hopes that it will be taken seriously and reviewed, as pediatric care should always prioritize timely intervention, safety, and empathy—especially when a young child is struggling to breathe.
