Dr. Jasmin Javaherian, DO

Do not go to this woman. She was slouched in her chair and completely apathetic. I had to do my own research as to what medication I wanted to take. When I took the prescription to the pharmacist he couldn’t read any of her handwriting and I had to tell him what it was for. And once I started taking it and had terrible side effects- so I called the office and they said she wouldn’t be in for 2 days, yet there was no nurse to talk to, and I didn’t know if I could just stop the medication. You are completely on your own. She mearly has a certificate that allows her to prescribe medicine... but shows no care. The only option you have, if you’re having a reaction to the meds is to go to the emergency room- there is nobody there to talk to. When I called, the woman at the front desk said “I just call need to back on weds at noon”. It was Monday am. When I said, “really, there’s no nurse to talk to?” she said “no, and you need to not use that tone with me”. This place is… crazy. I’m a well educated professional that interacts with all sorts of people all day long and never have I been treat like this. Never. And never imagined this from a doctors office... especially a psychologist! You deserve more. Don’t go here.

Dr Jasmine Javaherian in my opinion, I feel is a terrible doctor. Her bedside manner is atrocious. I have a condition called fibromyalgia and it has different symptoms one of them is severe pain. I was in her office today in one of the rooms and while she was writing her notes I accidentally passed gas and I told her because I didn't want her to smell it and feel yucky. She said to me that she can't be around that kind of circumstance and she stalked out of the room and went to attend another patient without telling me and had me wait for over 20 minutes. When she came back I was trying to keep light of it and I said well you're not going to catch the germs of a fart and I was trying to be funny she turned around and looked at me with such anger and she said you are so rude for passing gas. I looked at her incredulously. I told her it was an accident for some reason with my body right now is I'm passing gas very easily and can't control it. She told me, you need to find another doctor.… I told her fine and I said I would appreciate my referrals. She said I'm not going to give you your referrals or your refills on your medication. I was stunned. She is unbelievable! Not only does she have a horrific bedside manner, she is rude harsh always in a hurry doesn't have time for me or from what I heard it's over other patients this is only hearsay though. I can only speak for myself. She also never wears a white doctor's coat but wears a low-cut top with a tight skirt and very high heels. She looks more like someone going to a club then being a doctor. I would say something more harsh but I will keep it to myself but I think you know what I mean when I say what she looks like. It's completely inappropriate. Her office is disorganized and frankly it seems like she doesn't care about her patients or at least that's how I feel about myself. I feel like she got her degree and just did it because it makes lots of money but there's no caring about the patient. I made a complaint about her to LA Care the umbrella organization that covers me with my insurance and I'm making a complaint now. I wouldn't recommend her if it was Armageddon and she was the last doctor on earth.

She tried to sell me a 15k package to loose weight which included shots in my stomach when I was there for a tumor.

dr jahaverian took time to listen to my problems. she was considerate and kind. she put time and effort in to what needs to be done.. during that my baby was having a tantrum... she even took the time to make him comfortable...very inteligent ....

Dr. Jasmin walked in just said hello and did not bother to look at me. She faced to the wall and asked me why am I here today? I told her the reason that I came here. After that she wrote down prescription and handed to me and then left.
