Easy to get in and get what I need, zero hassle and very prompt.

Dr. England is young and energetic. She does care about her patients and if you are not getting what you need from her ask. The more appointments I have with her the more I like her professionalism.

Mediocre at best. No sense of caring or compassion. Asks few questions and shows little interest in answers when given.

I would not recommend Dr. Jasmine England. She comes across very cold and uncaring. She has very poor people skills, she dose not talk with you or listen to you. If you are sick and in pain DO NOT GO HERE!They will give you nothing for pain, both the Dr. & her PA have just walked out of the exam room and tell you to take over the counter medication. If that will not help then go to the emergency room. No kidding, your primary care Dr. tells you to go to the ER. It is beyond really bad service, no one should pay a Doctor who dose a really bad job. Go find a happy and kind Doctor, avoid the stress of trying to get your Doctor to do their job. The front office ladies are very nice and friendly, the office and exam rooms are very clean.

I was 10 minutes late for the first appointment of the day and was told to reschedule. There was no other people in the waiting room.

Good for the basics. Not intrested in what you have to ay, has preset opinions. Friendly in a stanoffish way.

Favorable impressions with professionalism, response to problems and follow up. Would like more quality time during scheduled exams.
