Dr. Jason Chingshun Chang

Dr. Chang performed two implants for my mom. She is very happy and the price is very reasonable. Dr. Chang is very professional and friendly.

Was very careless and I felt like he had no idea what he was doing. I’ve had extractions before from another dentist and that dentist only took 15 minutes to do 2 extractions and was very gentle. (I could barely tell he was pulling that’s how good it was). Dr. Chan on the other hand made me feel very nervous and uncomfortable. Did not even greet me before performing the operation, and seemed like he did not care at all about my wellbeing. He was extremely rough and was literally forcing my head in different direction while extracting. I was in so much pain and when I made him stop so I could tell him I’m in pain, he simply said “it’s not pain it’s pressure”. I think I’d know the difference since he had just extracted one tooth right before that and I did not feel any pain. He then kept pulling and twisting the tooth and the pain was so unbearable that I was literally moaning and crying in pain while he was still pulling. And to Mae things worse as he’s trying (keyword: trying) to… perform the extraction he was hitting all of my other teeth with every tool he used. It was so often it felt like he was trying to ruin the rest of my teeth. Overall completely dissatisfied with my experience. If I could give him zero stars I would.
