He seemed very tense and disgruntled throughout our entire conversation then proceeded to input an erroneous prescription into the pharmacy I was unable to fill due to dosing instructions not matching prescription request. Not sure his reasoning for anger in such a brief encounter. Steer clear.

On the positive side, Flamm spends plenty of time with each patient, which can result in his schedule becoming backed up as the day progresses, but it's good for each patient to get unhurried time. However Flamm doesn't make an effort to listen to his patients, he is glued to the computer screen, you'll spend a lot of time looking at the back of his head. He will provide long explanations, but don't question or disagree with anything he says. He is dismissive if you point out errors or inconsistencies in his conclusion versus the facts, he doesn't want to hear facts.

When I relocated to AZ I had to change from Kaiser to Blue Sheild and sadly I had to get a new doctor. Doctor Flamm made sure I had prescriptions covered for 3 months so I could find a doctor. Dr. Flamm also sent me a list of doctors in Phoenix who specialize in their fields.I can not say enough good things about Doc Flamm. He's an accessable, friendly,no nonsense doctor who will go above and beyond for his patients. Anyone would be lucky to have him in your corner.
