My visit to Dr.Nitche office in Forked River was the very best visit in all my doctors appointments over my entire life ( of 70 years). The staff were amazing, friendly, polite and extremely efficient ! Dr. Nitche came in with a big bright smile and friendly attitude. He asked questions and answered mine , very professional and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend him and that particular office to everyone needing orthopedic services 1000 percent . Patients in with no waiting issues, X-rays taken, straight to patient room , chart questions, to doctor will be right in . Within 3-4 minutes doctor appears . Seen , treated with prescription, second appointment scheduled and hasta la vista !

Dr Nitche is such a great orthopedist that I have opted to revisit him after each of my 3 injuries. He is not only knowledgeable but is excellent at putting me at ease. He is not quick to suggest surgery as the only option, and I appreciate this about him! I recommend him to anyone with shoulder or knee issues.

Excellent Doctor. Very helpful and nice staff. Office is busy but very efficient. I am very happy with the care I received.

He couldn't give me the news I was hoping for because medical techniques haven't reached that level yet. But that's okay, human doctors are limited. I can't expect advances to come in my timeframe. He just saw my knee xray, saw my age and made calculations according to his training and delivered the solemn verdict. His assistant was equally serious. No warmth or charm. But... I'm glad they can help other people.
