Dr. Jason Van Tassel, MD

Bad professional. He told me that everything was correct and almost lose my ear. Finally, it is believed he'll be the next Nobel Prize in medicine.

Excellent surgeon. He operated on our daughter removing her tonsils - the care was superb!

This Dr. and his staff were exuberant; took me way before scheduled appt. When I saw him, after a less than 5 min. wait. He immediately engaged not only with eye but with "Glad to meet you" and a hearty handshake. He listened to history, examined, and he listened. Listening is so important. He immediately addressed the main concerns, spoke with compassion & authority.Gave me instructions on what was/wasn't important to look out for. Connected on a Physician level and a personal level. His staff was attentive and responsive. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a ride from Outreach and each of his staff, including him, expressed concern that I was still there and offered help to get me home. Obviously, This Dr. and his staff have a 5 Star rating from me.

I was suffering from allergies for the past 5 years, and it went from bad to worse. I was given high does of steroids etc. Then I saw Dr. Van Tassel and all of it changed! He diagnosed my problem accurately, and treated me quickly. My allergies have (almost) gone! And so has my suffering. Even during the allergy season this year, my allergies have been completely under control. I highly recommend Dr. Van Tassel.

I have been concerned about a lump in my nose for a few months and finally decided to see Dr.Van Tassel because friends of mine that work at Washington Hospital told me that the nurses and physicians send their own children to Dr. Van Tassel. When I saw Dr. Van Tassel he was very attentive and listened patiently to my concerns. After a very detailed examination of my nose, he assured me that it was cartilage not a polyp in my nose. I immediately was relieved! I can't tell you what a great physician and just a great person, he is!

Dr. Van Tassel is down to earth and very friendly. He is very knowledgeable. My whole family have been patients of Dr. VanTassel's for the past few years for ear nose and throat issues and surgery as well. He is great with children making them feel comfortable and making them laugh. Most of all he knows what he is doing. You know you've had all your questions answered when you leave the office. I would strongly recommend Dr. VanTassel, adult or child.
