I had a very good appointment with Dr Desmarais however I wish he was doing the Jiffy Knee procedure.

Dr Desmarais saw me on short notice. I was great because I was in pain. He prescribed meds to relieve the pain. He listened carefully to me. I have complete confidence in Dr Desmarais.

Dr. Desmarais is a breath of fresh air! In addition to his skilled abilities as an Orthopedic Surgeon; he’s also a really nice guy! His easy bedside manner is comforting while also informative. Dr. Desmarais has taken whatever time necessary to answer my questions, while ensuring I understood his responses. I’ve had previous surgery’s with Concord Orthopedics and the results were positive and what the Dr’s and I expected. With hip replacement surgery occurring in two days with Dr. Desmarais, I’m more confident and comfortable with the impending surgery then ever before. I attribute this to Dr. Desmarais’s confidence, experience and comfortable personality. I’m actually looking forward to surgery!

Can’t say enough positive things about this Dr. He has an outstanding bedside manner and he and his team are nothing but professional. Great experience from start to finish!

My visit was wonderful. From entering the office too leaving. Very organized. Office is clean. Got checked in. Had X-rays and then seen doctor. Best way to do it. Other doctors offices you see the doctor, then go for tests, back to room and doctor comes back in. When i seen the doctor he had everything he needed. Went over X-rays and medical history. No interruptions. Dr. Desmarais is very nice. He listens and explains things. Went over options for my care. He is very thorough.

I saw Dr. Desmarais for the first time yesterday, in Laconia, for a knee problem. He was affable, direct, and explained the problem and treatment choices thoroughly. He was a good listener and answered questions thoughtfully. In many ways he reminded me of the doctors of the past for whom the patient/physician relationship was an important part of the treatment.
