The Mission Trail, Lake Elsinore office is very professional. They triage the appt calls and get you in sooner when important. Getting referals here was much easier and quicker than my last place. The place is very clean and the wait time was not too long.

After 3 years of going to the Lake Elsinore Clinic, I am seeking advice from a lawyer. This place is bad, and getting worse. Will not go back. Grievances filed with Insurance and next Medical board. I have been denied medication I have been taking for 6 years. NOT right.

Having 3 offices, this looks like nothing more than a money scam for Medical recipients. My first visit was very uncomfortable. I saw one of his assistants for a follow up after being hospitalized. When I asked the doctor, if he was a doctor, questions, he acted like he was preoccupied with something else and received generic answers. I have now been trying for over a week to get a prescription refilled and the pharmacy said they are not getting any responses back after sending faxes and making several phone calls. My suggestion, find another doctor.

this place has great customer service and a wonderful staff

Crap dr likes to yell at his very courteous staff and patients. Horrible bedside manner on his behalf. I waited for 3 hours and he came in late took a lunch and was very snippy with me. After his rude attempt to lecture me he got mad because i did not take his attitude. Only there for the money not the patient.

DONT EVER GO TO ANY OF HIS CLINICS !! NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE NON-COMPLIANT WITH OSHA&HIPPA. THEY NEED MEDI-CAL OFFICE TO PAY THEM A VISIT

This doctors office sucks along wit all of the staff.... I had an appointment at 12 I didn't get seen until 230 than they stuck me in another waiting room where I sat for another hr I ask the staff when will I be seen they just keep sayin your next the actual doctor that seen me wasn't even my doctor it was some other doctor who was rude & pushed me out the door wit no help I'm still in pain & back to square 1

Waiting time is ridiculous with an appointment. Have been in the room waiting to be seen by a Dr for 1 hour 30 minutes

He saw me for 2 minutes after a 3hr wait n left the room without even telling me what I had, I was beyond upset, horrible staff

waiting was too long..after seeing the Dr had to wait about 30 + minutes for prescription..then the nurse told me it was sent to the pharmacy about 20 minutes ago..went to pharmacy and the prescription was not there yet..we called them and said it was going to take about 45 min for pharmacy to get..came home without it.....i still have not got any call from pharmacy that they got it. FRUSTRADED.
