He was rude, condescending, and gave no help what so ever. After being diagnosed with low testosterone I was told I needed to see a urologist. First thing I was asked was why I was there. After telling him his response was "says who?" And it took a lot of prodding to get him to even look at my test results. He then asked if I'd been watching too many commercials. He said my testosterone was low but okay. He said he was a doctor so he'd tell me what was wrong. I'm obese, have bags under my eyes, sleep apnea, a double chin, a pimple butt, and in whole I was a sick man. When I laughed and said I didn't think I was that bad he suggested to my girlfriend to get me a mirror so I could see what he sees. No help at all. Just felt bullied.

I would choose him again and have told others of my great experience. I have many, many physicians and felt he really cared and spent time with me. He was on the ball and knew my chart and issues coming in. He was honest and upfront about his concerns, testing to be done and why, and after an abnormal result sceduled 2 more tests and immediately afterwards talked to me about all results from a few different departments. It was great to get results and his detailed information immediately. He was funny, and I totally trusted myself in his hands from my first visit. Shirley in the office spent a lot of time on the phone with me, was really compassionate, and I felt I could call her anytime with a question or concern. I felt he was excellent doing 1 of the difficult procedures himself. Nurse very knowledgable and spent a lot of time before procedure making sure I understood everything and I felt very prepared for procedure. I was prepared for the worst diagnosis, but felt Dr. Burstein… and I could handle whatever it was. There was a wait in line signing in at the clinic itself, which I wasn't happy with 2 of the 3 times I went, but the Dr.'s area was prompt.

I would highly recommend looking for another doctor - there are MUCH better, kinder doctors out there who truly know their stuff and treat patients with respect and compassion.

Has a great sense of humor. Knows his stuff and truly seems to care, which inspires a great amount of trust.
