Well with a 3:10 appointment, I finally saw the doctor at 4:55pm! Those making the appointments need to be more aware of people’s time. Why are you over scheduling your Doctors?? This only infuriates patients but stains the staff.

My appointment was at 8:00 am, the first appointment of the day. Waited until 8:15 to even be checked in, then finally moved to exam room. After tech finished his 5 minute task, then waited until 9:00 am to see Dr Patel. He is a very nice man, doesn’t say too much, except things look good, come back in 7 months. That office in Covina is never on time and employees don’t care.

Dr. Patel has been my ophthalmologist for the past 3 years! He is professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, friendly and kind! I have great faith in his medical recommendations! I would highly recommend him!
