Worst Doctor ever, condescending and even blamed teleheath connectivity problems on me. Asked me what I wanted rather than what was wrong. When I said I was experiencing side effects she told me to "stop playing doctor on WebMd" .. I hadn't even looked it up I was just concerned. Bad doctor and worse human being.

She is very short and snotty. When asked about medical marijuana she made a smirk and shook her head and shamed me for even asking about it. She is basically just a script refill dr.

Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I was in very bad shape and was crying in her office. She actually said “if your not able to stop crying, we are going to have to reschedule this appointment. I stayed late just to see you." What a rotten woman. Maybe the silicone from her giant fake boobs leaked into her brain and turned her into a mean jerk. Apparently, based on the other reviews, I'm not the only one who was treated badly by this Dr. No wonder there isn't a wait to get appointments for new patients.

If you are looking for a warm, compassionate doctor she is not it. While here medical acumen seems fine, her obviously dispassionate bedside manner is quiet troubling. I got the distinct impression that getting patients out the door was her main objective.

The first time I went to Dr P, she seems concerned about my situation. The second visit onwards, she was absolutely awful. She is mean, condescending, belittling. She apparently hates life and takes it out on her patients. Patients who need psychiatric help, that is. If you need a psychiatric doctor, DO NOT GO to her. She will drive you to depression or worst. She will attack you even for talking or repeating a word. She apparently thinks her medical degree is a license to belittle everyone else. She needs to be reminded of the oath she made as a medical doctor. She forgets, if it was not for her patients, she would have no practice.

This is the rudest and most condescending person I have come across in the mental health field. She is indifferent toward the patient; just wants to get the visit over with. No compassion whatsoever. I think she hates her job.

Saw this MD at GenPsych in Brick. The staff at this program do not communicate with each other. The medical director is useless, clients complain and she does nothing. Dr. Periasamy is a total nightmare! She is rude, talks down to you, does not prescribe proper meds, instead of weaning off meds instantly reduces them sending me into withdrawals and the ER. She is an evil woman who should have her license revoked. Please stay away from this place and this MD! It is not worth the aggravation and disrespect you get!

Insensitive. Miserable. All she does is try and medicate patients and get them out of her office. Couldnt care less about her patients and their needs.

Do you want to go to a psychiatrist who is busy texting while diagnosing you? She does not deserver to be a doctor.

This doctor has to be the most insensitive counselor I have ever seen. My first visit she wouldnt let my mother in the room with me after I requested her presence and she told me I could seek help elsewhere if I wanted to. She is rude and hates her life. All she does is complain about Obama cutting her pay. She doesn't listen or want to hear anything you have to say. I don't think she even knows my name. Please if you are in need of serious help go elsewhere she will not help nor care about you or what you have to say. Your doctor is supposed to be someone you can talk to and feel comfortable around- I get anxiety just thinking about how I have to go see her and I am only there for 2 min tops!
