Waited one hour and then walked out. Totally unacceptable and rude.

I am very satisfied with the doctor. He is terrific.

I have been to other dermatologists before. I was impressed with Dr. Benjamin's thoughtfulness and deliberation. He explained matters carefully. I did not feel rushed Dr. Benjamin considered multiple diagnoses for my condition which was by no means straightforward. I would highly recommend this doctor for any skin disorder.

I didn't rate this doctor a excellent, I was a regular patient being seen for eczema (contact derm) my last visit I explained I was pregnant, my skin wasn't inflamed and felt better. A year went by, I tried to make an appointment for inflamed skin. The office staff told me i could no longer see this doctor because I owed 50$. Not once did I get a bill in the year I wasn't being seen. I offered to pay it so I can get an appointment. I was told it was office procedure that once I had a outstanding balance the doctor can make a choice not to accept me as a patient anymore. Unheared of. I never signed any contract or paper work explaining this procedure.

I went in for skin cancer check. He asked if I had any unusual moles or bleeding, etc. Did not check my body. I had some keratosis removed by freezing. Was quote a reasonable price over the phone. Charged $350 for freezing 9 small spots. Outrageous.

My only complaint is the extremely long wait time.

Dr B has alwways been our family go to for dermatology- I recommend him highly.
