She practices patient-directed care by listening, observing, giving options, and giving me the impression that she really cares. She is great with coordinating lab work with my general practice physician, and both she and her nurses communicate timely via phone or e-mails. I am a fortunate patient!

Dr. Milofsky is a very caring psychiatrist and really listens to me, trusts that I know myself and what does and doesn't work for me. She doesn't talk down to patients at all. She responds to emails promptly too.

I had extenuating circumstances with two prescriptions. She listened well, we discussed different options and agreed on a compromise with one in order to cover the non-formulary (uber-expensive) prescription. She is always attentive in our appointments and her help in getting that one prescription passed and covered has changed my life. I could never have afforded the medecine I am taking now without her help and understanding. The medication costs about $14K/year.
