Very Nice, Never felt like my time with her was rushed. Great Listener. As her patient of Dr. Moon and so many others, I would rate her #1 of all my doctors.

Awful! I was a patient of Dr. Moons , never met her!! Then I got a bill for $60.00 for a pap smear, which I did not have one for over 2 years, they billed me! Elderly need to go somewhere else! They are into delivery of babies, that is the bottom line. I can't believe they are still in business!! They did a pap smear and billed me $60.00, said they would not let me return to the office if I didn't pay! I had one pap smear in two years, Medicare should have paid, Medicare told me they filed it that I requested it be done!!!! Why shouldn't I? They should have offered to do one every two years. The doctor never saw me, only her assistant, she told me I did not need a pap smear at my age of 70!! Yet another doctor told me I needed to remove all my female organs, this was a second opinion!! WOW They are in it for baby delivery, where they can make money, not interested in elderly, you can die from cancer going to that place if your a senior, forgetabout it, go elsewhere!

This office is too busy. I have been with them for 3 years. I called in needing an apt same day for symptoms that were very uncomfortable and they told me it would be 2 days before they could get me in. I had to beg to get an appointment that day. I like Dr. Moon but I rarely even see her because she is so busy. I usually see a nurse practitioner or a nursing assistant. I want a doctor who I can feel is more one on one. I saw her staff way more then her. She is a good doctor but just way to too busy. Also when you call into the office they just changed it to automotive system and it is hard to talk to someone, you always get voicemails and have to wait for calls back which can take hours sometimes. I think she has way too many patients and not enough time for personal attention.

Dr Moon is an excellent doctor in an excellent practice. The physicians here are all great and it's comforting to know I am in good hands. She is very intelligent, punctual, and great at what she does. Though an appointment may take a bit longer she is well worth the wait. If you're looking for a great ob/gyn, Dr Moon is the one!

we are having a second baby & wouldn't change a thing..she is very easy to communicate with & explains everything.my wife is at ease with her, my insurance changed unfortunatly & we are paying more this time to see her, with having a kid having the right doctor is priceless..Jean Moon IS a complete gem!

Dr. Moon is wonderful! I have had her as by OB/GYN for about 10 years and she is great! The front staff is horrible/very unprofessional, but I love Dr. Moon. I have many other friends and family members that also see Dr. Moon and they love her, too. They just need to work on their staff.

Dr. Jean Moon must have too many patients. You need to remember to book appt. 1 yr in advance or forget ever seeing the DOCTOR, you will be passed off to the PA...Office staff, poor unfriendly and not helpful. Sit at desk smacking gum, not professional at all.
