Dr. Jeanie Marie Thompson, MD

Awesome doctor and awesome person! Unfortunately, no doctor can provide care for over 1000 patients alone! The four stars for promptness are given only because this very kind doctor would begin early in the morning and stay until 9 pm to see patients. She was not the person overscheduling patients about which she felt very bad. And after trying many times to work with the hospital on this situation, she finally left. When she left there was another doctor who was supposed to come in and one already there, but apparently neither liked the situation either. And the doctor before her is gone, perhaps the caseload was the reason. This hospital has failed not only their patients and abandoned them, but they failed all four of these doctors.

Genie is a wonderful person and very great at her job... She is very caring and has helped me so much in the past... I have been trying to locate her for a couple of years now, I really need her... My Mother passed away and I have some difficulties going on with my panic episodes, anxiety, and depression. I know she can help me and she always made me feel like I made a difference in this world when I was at my lowest... She has wonderful techniques, coping skills, and ideas that I still use till this day!!! and I was fourteen at the time and now twenty-one yrs. of age... I really need and could use her right now... She is the best doctor and one of the most caring people I have ever met...

Excellent doctor, extraordinary diagnostician. I would recommend her without hesitation. Unfortunately, she does not have control over her office staff as they are supplied by the hospital. It is obvious that this hospital pays office staff poorly and that is what they get...rude and incompetent staff. If only she could clone, so there would be two doctors or three doctors like her!
