Dr. Jeanne Sue Vedder, MD

I would like to say that I saw Dr. Vedder for the first time this afternoon, and found her very friendly and willing to answer questions. She put my mind at ease as to my possible problem, and referred me to an oral surgeon that she had used and liked, for her own family. The admitting staff was also very nice and accommodating. So personally I don't know what the previous poor reviews were all about, but for me, I would see her again if needed.

I found Vedder unfriendly and not pleasant at all. She looked at my throat, said I had a drainage and to gargle with salt water. This took all of five minutes. There were no other patients waiting. It must not have been one of her best days since others seem to think she is great.

The staff at Dr. Vedder's office was so kind, understanding and professional during my visits. Dr. Vedder took her time, explained everything she found, recommendations and with the follow up. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to her and all her staff. I highly recommend her.

Do your own research.... her reviews across the board speak for themselves! Do yourself a favor and if at all possible travel to Milwaukee and see a real professional at Froedtert Hospital. You will save yourself valuable time, money and a huge headache. If you choose this doctor, be prepared for rude staff and long wait times. And God forbid you are even 5 min. late. This office isnt worthy of seeing my dog!

She & her staff were very rude. the exam room were dirty, old & outdated

Brought in paperwork with all info needed to have copied Had to wait in line Was told they do not copy had to use their forms. Then told me after I filled out forms told me I was too late for appt by 15 minutes and we need to reschedule. Staff also went line by line on the 7 pages Of forms There were patient in office ahead of me The desk staff was not smiling but did make small talk patients before me. Never saw doctor and never will. Office was not decorated. Staff was rude

When I developed a sinus issue, several of my friends suggested that I see Dr. Vedder. Her staff made scheduling my appointment easy and even told me where I could find the registration forms online so I could fill them out ahead of time. My appointment was wonderful. Dr. Vedder listened to my concerns and discussed a course of treatment. She was very knowledgeable about different options. She recommended the best treatment not the most expensive. The best part of seeing Dr. Vedder was that her course of treatment worked, and my sinuses are no longer a problem.

I have seen Dr. Vedder twice. Once for a balance and dizziness issue and once for a sinus problem. She was very pleasant, professional, and unhurried. My problems both resolved themselves under her care. Her staff was great, I had no problem getting an appointment, and the waiting time was minimal. I would and have highly recommended her to both friends and family.
