ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! A RIPOFF!! He's a RIPOFF!!! My wife"s general physician had sent her to Dr. Desai for what he thought was a deviated septum. On consultation appointment he said surgery would not be necessary but did not like something in her ears and would have an ear specialist in for my follow up visit. When she came back for her follow up there was no ear specialist and said there was nothing wrong with her ears! Which is it Dr. Desai?! It's not like that isn't bad enough, but he also stuck a scope up her nose (the nose he said was fine) for LITERALLY 5 SECONDS, called it surgery and billed $600 for it!! So we're out almost $1200 and she is in same condition as before she saw him! What a JOKE!! She is now seeing a real doctor, who has diagnosed the problem for a lot less money. If you value your health and your wallet STAY AWAY from Dr. Narendra Desai and find a honest conscientious REAL doctor, not a RIPOFF QUACK!!

I saw Dr. Desai for an ear problem, and he was quick to solve the issue. He was very friendly and had good bedside manners, answered all of my questions thoroughly and he took his time. I haven't had any problems since then, but was told to call back, should I start experiencing problems again. Definitely recommend this ENT doctor.
