I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ramakrishnan. He is Amazing! After being diagnosed with Thyroid Eye Disease, I opted to have Orbital Decompression and Sinus Surgery to address my issues. Dr. Ramakrishnan clearly explained the Sinus Surgery procedure and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. The surgery was a success! Not only has my vision improved, but I am able to breathe better. From my first appointment to the end of my treatment with Dr Ramakrishnan, my experience was nothing but outstanding. He always took the time to really listen to my history and address together with me ways of working towards a solution. I had a revision surgery with him, (initial surgery by another ENT) and my experience was excellent in terms of preparation, pain management, and surgical outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Ramakrishnan is a true professional, he appoached my problem with a very logical process. He stated with a simple solution and proceeded up the ladder until the evidence clearly pointed to an operation as the viable solution, but only after extensive testing and retesting. He gave me alternatives at each juncture, thus allowing me to make the decision on the next step. Dr. Ramakrishnan made sure that a beifing was presented to my spouse and that all of her questions were answered to her satisfaction. And after 5 1/2 hrs of surgery to remove a tumor from my jaw, he proved that his skills with a scalpel were just as excellant. I have completly recovered, with vitually no side effects (which Mayo Clinic stated were a very serious risk). I would recommend Dr. Ramakrishnan to any one with an ENT problem that wants to work with someone who really cares.

Dr. Ramakrishnan and his staff were very detailed and thorough in treating me for sinusitis. I felt like he really listened to what I had to say when a number of other doctors I had seen stopped listening to me after about 30 seconds. He didnt force me into surgery, either, where other doctors were pushing me towards it. I feel alot better now and will continue to see Dr. Ramakrishnan if I need it again.
