Dismissive, arrogant and aggressive. Did not help with any of my issues and referred me to a pain clinic so they wouldn’t have to deal with me. The pain clinic did not help either. Got defensive and offended by just asking them questions and was rude during my interaction with them. I wouldn’t suggest dealing with this doctor if you value your time and dignity.

Run as what another reviewer stated. Agree with all of the 1* reviews and echo their experiences.

Dr. Cannon, please be mindful when attaching tissue under the tongue. I now have zero biting clearance. Please treat people the way you would want to be operated on. Also, you were going to replace the metal rods in my jaw without looking at my scans. There was an infection. Even though you stated that you could tell by looking that there was no infection. Another surgeon said you never go through the inside of the mouth because it introduces bacteria. I know Dr Vasan has no faith in you because he tried to connect me with another plastic surgeon outside of the office. I wish my surgery could have been delayed so that the other surgeon could have done my surgery. The fat that was supposed to fill in the void of my neck was totally botched as well. I have a huge dent in my neck now. The only explanation I got from you is "This is your new normal". Gee thanks. I have to live with this mess now.

This woman is a butcher. What should mave been a common procedure, has left me maimed with no wuality of life and constant.pain. RUN!!!!!!!!

I needed a Perotidectomy. My main surgeon did not want me to use the in house closing surgeon. My surgery had to be moved up so we went with her anyway. My surgery was was major and even the radiologist came to see me during recovery in the hospital, which I understand is rare. Dr Cannon never came to check her work or my recovery the whole week I was there. She left a huge dent in my neck and messed up the tissue under my tongue. She said, "It's my new normal." She had absolutely no empathy. I went back with an MRI (which she did not review) because my jaw did not reconnect. She said she could tell by looking at me that I had no infection and described her surgery procedure. When I got a second opinion, he was puzzled by her method because I had an infection and experienced bone loss. He suggested a totally different procedure. I would NEVER recommend her for this procedure.

Dr. Cannon originally said she took one gland and the surgery was a success. After persistently calling for TWO MONTHS and complaining my husband was still sick to her office, she finally ordered another scan. After meeting she determined we needed to set up another surgery. She then mentions that SHE TOOK 2 GLANDS! ???? The path report was done the day of surgery. Why would she not have mentioned that to us 2 months earlier? We go to our Endocrinologist and she read the path report. WE ARE TOLD SHE not only TOOK 2 GLANDS but THEY WERE NORMAL. We cancelled my husband's second surgery and went to The Norman Parathyroid Clinic in Tampa, Florida. They are amazing experts!!! If we had gone there in the first place it would have saved 2 good glands, money, time, and long term terrible discomfort. It cost 1/2 of what the botched surgery was in Oklahoma, at OU Medical. My husband was out at 1:00 took a nap and went to lay by the pool and then we walked to dinner that evening! The first… surgery took an overnight stay in the hospital and 10 days to recover then he still had parathyroid disease!

Incompetent surgeon. Arrogant attitude.

Unqualified to perform any surgery. Terrible bedside manner. Do not let this woman touch you.

This woman should not be practicing medicine.

Arrogant, no suggestion of 2nd opinion or give any options other than very invasive 8 hr. surgery on a weak 88 year old man. She gave no option of radiation therapy. She seemed more worried about teaching the students that accompanied her in the exam room. Very, Very disappointed in her attitude and lack of compassion. Canceled all future appointments after we had time to assess what she told us.
